someone reposted this to facebook and this is so gross. this is how thousands of people are treating their /toddlers/?? in the most important developmental stage of their lives? all you’re doing is teaching them that they’re a burden for needing help and attention when thats something you sign up to give as a parent.
calling kids gracious because they forgive your shitty behaviour over and over again isn't healthy parenting ma'am. how about you join a parenting club or go to a therapist and not use your kid as your teacher and how about you fix your behaviour before having kids instead of making your kids fix it for you. these kids are learning to put up with abusive behaviours simply because the abuser is someone they love. this is sick.
You’re not talking shit about them, you’re describing them.
You’re not talkling negatively about them, you’re explaining what happened.
You’re not ruining their reputation, they did that themselves because of the actions they chose.
I come from a long line of people who should not have had children but did anyway
Dumb ass: I’m a good kid because I don’t do drugs or alcohol.
Me: Literally shut the fuck up drinking and doing drugs doesn’t make you a bad person. Judging people for it does make you a bad person though.
All I do is sit in front of screens, have my silly little coffee and zone out of life
sorry for looking like i just cried for an hour. it’s just that i cried for an hour
Me, rotting in bed for 48 hours: wow this is nice <3
Ok so we all love a hyperfixation but does anyone else ever avoid certain things because you feel like you don't have the time to be fixated on that, or that you aren't in the right headspace for this to become your latest obsession
Cluster b culture is chronic boredom. I maladaptive daydream to try to deal with it but all it does it make me more depressed, since my actual life is still boring.
Me: *telepathically sending my therapist an SOS*
My therapist: *doesn’t answer it*
Me: kinda rude but okay
One thing that never gets old is me questioning if I actually am bpd and then doing a test or a checklist and the results are always invariably along the lines of Bro Get Help Now
